Belgium
Interrail is valid on all SNCB/NMBS-trains, Thalys (compulsory reservation), Eurostar (compulsory reservation) and ICE.
The Netherlands
Interrail is valid on all trains of the Dutch Railways (NS) and all private regional railways (Arriva, Breng, Syntus and Veolia). Around 80 stations in The Netherlands are closed off with automated gates that only open if you check in with a public transport chip card. On the backside of the cover of every Interrail Pass a barcode is printed that enables you to open these station gates.
Luxembourg
Interrail is valid on all trains of the Railways of Luxembourg (CFL), including CFL-buses.
