Winter sports by train?

During the winter season 2019/2020 there is a number of trains to the Alps. For example, the Alpen Express runs directly to Austrian winter sports resorts, from many places in The Netherlands and from Cologne in Germany.

The Eurostar train runs from London directly to the French Alps. The same applies for the Thalys that runs from Amsterdam and Rotterdam directly to these Alps.
