Wifi
Wifi is available for free on the new E320-trains which operate between London and Paris/Brussels. Free wifi is also available in both first and second class lounges at all stations.

Power sockets
Available on every seat in the new E320-trains which operate between London and Paris. There are power sockets in the older trains on other services in second class coaches 5 and 14 and in all Standard Premier and Business Premier-coaches.

Children
Children up to 3 years travel for free when they don't need an own seat. There are special discounted fares for children from 4 up to 11 years. Baby changing facilities are located in the toilets of coaches 1, 2, 3 and 16,17,18.

Dogs
Dogs (or any other pets) are not allowed on Eurostar-services. Licensed guidance dogs are allowed (except services to Marseille and Bourg-St Maurice) but have to be registered before travel.

Luggage
Officially there is a luggage limit of two large suitcases per passengers with any size not bigger then 85 cm but in practice this isn't enforced.  There are luggage racks for big suitcases and backpacks near the entrance doors, for smaller bags there is space in the overhead luggage racks and under your seat. You've to label your bags, labels are available at all stations. Some items (firearms, gas holders and large knives) are prohibited on Eurostar-services.

Boarding
For all Eurostar services there is a compulsory-check in which closes 30 minutes before departure (10 minutes for Business Premier-travellers). The check-in involves:
- Scan the barcode of your ticket at the automatic entrance gate
- Your large luggage items will be X-rayed and you pass a metal detector.
- Your passport/identity card will be checked by British/Belgian/French customs personel.
- After check in you will arrive in the lounge with free wifi, seats and some shops (special Business-Premier-lounges for Business-Premier passengers). Boarding of your train starts around 15 minutes for departure and will be announced.

Discount cards
Discount Cards like Railplus don't give a discount on Eurostar-services.

Interrail / Eurail
Passengers with a valid Interrail or Eurail-pass can use the special Pass-fare on Eurostar-services. Since the price for this fare is quite high it might be better to book a cheap advance ticket.

Groups
For groups from 6 persons we offer special group fares, see Group travel by train.

Business
The Business-Premier class offers all the amenities needed for the business traveller to work and relax on board including special departure lounges, flexible fares and short check in times. See also Business travel by train.

At the station
After check-in you will arrive in the Eurostar lounge where there are seats and free wifi available. There are also shops and cafés in the Eurostar-lounges.
