Day 1: Bilbao - Santander

You'll meet your fellow passengers and staff at 10:00 am, followed by a visit to the Guggenheim Museum. At lunch, you'll travel to Santander, where you'll have free time to explore the city or visit the Casino del Sardinero (formal dress required). 

Day 2: Santander - Santillana - Arriondas

During breakfast you'll arrive in Cabezón de la Sal, where you'll visit the medieval town of Santillana del Mar and the neocave of Altamire. In the afternoon the train travels on to the Asturian country where you pay a visit to Ribadesella.

Day 3: Picos de Europa - Oviedo - Candás

On this day you'll visit Cangas de Onís, capital of Kingdom of Asturias, and the sanctuary of Covadonga: Picos de Europa. After lunch you'll leave for Candás, after which you can admire Avilés.

Day 4: Candás - Oviedo - Gijón - Luarca

Day four is also full of new impressions. For example, you'll go to the capital of the Principality, Oviedo and then travel to a lively city by the sea, Gijón. In the afternoon the train arrives in Luarca where the overnight stay takes place.

Day 5: Luarca - Ribadeo - Viveiro

Today you'll visit the first Galician enclave on the route. In Ribadeo you'll also have some free time before the journey continues to Viveiro.

Day 6: Viveiro - Santiago de Compostela

On this last day you say goodbye to the staff in Ferrol. By bus you'll head towards the Galician capital, Santiago de Compostela. The last highlight of the trip is a visit to Parador Reyes Católicos. At 16:00 you'll say goodbye to your fellow travelers and the trip is over.
