Bremen has a rich history of  over 1200 years. The Hanseatic city on the Weser was - and is - an important trading town. While formerly it functioned as an important city for trade by ship, it nowadays has many high-tech centers. In recent years, the city with more than 600,000 inhabitants is attracting more and more attention as a city trip. Rightly so, if you´re to ask us. In addition to historical heritage there´s plenty to do for those who want to go out or go shopping.

Built in the 15th century and the main attraction in the central square. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Public transportation

Public transport in Bremen is excellent. In front of the beautiful main train station, streetcars and buses leave very regularly for the old center. All other corners of the city are easily accessible by streetcar or bus. The center of the city is compact and easy to visit by foot.
