  • Seat reservations are possible for kids between 5 and 15, but not for children below 5 years.

Small dogs, cats and other small are allowed, max. 2 per person. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times unless contained in a basket. 
Dogs without leads, cats, birds and small animals must be carried in an enclosed basket, cage or pet carrier. Animals and containers must not occupy seats, otherwise a charge will be made. 

Luggage
Officially there is a luggage limit of two large suitcases per passengers with the height+width+length not larger than 158 cm and not heavier then 32 kg each, but in practice this isn't enforced.  There are luggage racks for big suitcases and backpacks near the entrance doors, for smaller bags there is space in the overhead luggage racks and under your seat.

Passengers with a valid BritRailInterrail or Eurail-pass can use all trains of Arriva Trains Wales. Seat reservations are optional and can be made up to one day in advance.
