Eurail - Reservations

Book all reservation in Europe with HappyRail! (only if you buy your Eurail-pass with HappyRail)

Your Eurail Pass is valid for almost every train in the participating countries, but some restictions apply especially for private railways and high speed and night trains. For most high speed trains and night trains a reservation is compulsory and a supplement payable (mostly included in the reservation).

In France, Spain, Italy and Sweden all long-distance trains require a compulsory seat reservation; it's recommended for these countries to book trains early. For all other countries reservations might be handy for long distances or busy travel dates around the weekends and (summer) holidays.
