We had a wonderful tour of Italy! We split the outward and return journeys over two days with an overnight stay. This is highly recommended; there is so much beauty to see from the train in Switzerland and Austria. Additionally, we added a few extra days in Rome and Florence, giving us the time to explore these cities thoroughly. All the travel information from Treinreiswinkel was super clear and complete, and traveling with the train app is user-friendly if you familiarize yourself with it at home.
